ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS HEARING

The Union Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a meeting and public hearing at 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at Union Township Hall

5020 Fife Lake Rd., Fife Lake, MI to consider the following request:

Case # ZBA 2026-1: Vincent Amroian, owner of property located at 8860 Supply Rd. Traverse City, MI. 49696, aka parcel #28-12-004-018-00, requests permission to construct a 50’ long x 40’ wide x 23’ high detached garage 13 feet from the south roadway of Supply Rd. The Zoning ordinance setback requirement is 35 feet per Sec 8.13.2. of the Union Township Zoning Ordinance, The variance from the ordinance requested is 22 feet. Copies of the petitions may be examined at the Township Office Public Notice Board or on the Union Township web site at https://uniontownshipgt.com.
